Dairy Queen Grill & Chill

Bought meals via drive through and dined on out door patio. It was cool enough at just before noon. Heat warning posted for 1pm. Fish sandwich was fresh and hot unlike another fast food company (as reported by passenger).

It's Dairy Queen... It's soft serve ice cream... They make great sundaes, shakes, and Blizzard's. Hard to go wrong with these guys.

Went for a celebration cone, found a hair in the icecream. I told them, they apologized and said they'd refund my card and that they'd let me know when a manager was available to do so. I waited about 20 minutes and no one came over so I went up to the counter and my refund was given back in cash. This would have been okay if I hadn't been sort changed $.30. I know it's not much but when you go through that and wait that long the amount you paid had better get back to you. Great service, poor attention to detail.

This is surely one of the most attractive place to eat in the neighborhood. Always when I go there I am very happy. They hold their very high standard service and the topmost level of cooking they provide. You can never go wrong with this place. Warmly recommended.

You can't really beat the $5 lunch deal, even if you do opt for the extra dollar to upgrade the sundae to a small blizzard.

The Lawrence ham radio club does meet here at 11am on Tuesday's, so make sure that you plan accordingly.
