    My boyfriend and I have eaten here for years and have always had great service. Today we had EXCELLENT service from Gracie S. She was perfect in every way! Great eye contact, perfect service, brought out fresh water without us even asking, got the toast just the way my boyfriend loves it, fast, friendly and exudes customer service to a T! Donald is an excellent Manager and I've always thoroughly enjoyed his customer service as well! Inside and outside of the Big Biscuit!! Job WELL DONE team! Most sincere - your customers!!

    The food was pretty good, but nothing that jumped out to me. They are doing dine-in currently and are taking the necessary precautions.

    The Big Biscuit makes an incredible breakfast!! Bonus! You can eat breakfast until they close! The biscuit and gravy, their signature dish, was amazing. The biscuit was light, fluffy and fresh out of the oven. The gravy was the traditional sausage milk gravy and it was thick and hearty. Portions are large so go hungry! The staff is very friendly and makes the dining experience even better! Side note; I had the coffee with my meal and then was able to get a to go cup to take with me!! Overall a great place to eat a traditional southern breakfast while in Lawrence Kansas.

    Quick, great service decent prices and excellent breakfast. Nothing fancy just what you want for hearty way to start your day.
