Great lil spot for an early bite. Food and coffee were on point and priced right for the area. Staff was friendly and quick!
I greatly enjoyed the small cafe atmosphere. The hash browns were a bit unique, and the bacon was awesome. Excellent service, good coffee. It was nice to have a bite on a Saturday afternoon far enough away from downtown to not be super busy, but also close enough to be convenient. I could faintly hear Radiohead and The Postal Service over the din, which earned the extra star.
Now this place was a complete surprise for me. In a difficult neighborhood, this restaurant looked the part. I almost went somewhere else. The interior was spotless and fresh. The food choices were interesting. The staff was attentive.
The Halloween decorations made it look just a little different on the exterior. Come here for breakfast. You won't be disappointed.
Fresh made food. Water is served in Mason jars, then you're asked if you want anything else. Sandwiches came with thinly sliced cucumber, marinated with a flavor similar to bread and butter. I had the Elm St. Turkey and Apple. DH had the Texan. Both were very good and quite filling. Employees are friendly, even though they were working on a holiday. Order at the counter, food is delivered to your table. We were asked several times if everything was OK or if we needed anything else. Located in an old building, possibly a converted house. Limited seating. Worth the drive from the freeway!
Quaint little cafe. Food is a little greasy but flavor is spot on. Coffee is GREAT. Cozy atmosphere. Service is good.
