El Dos Mexican Restaurant

Small restaurant, welcomed me when I walked in and sat me in a booth fast. Server made sure I had chips and salsa (actually kind of spicy which is good), I ordered a Mexican Coke and a Burrito California. Food was hot and delicious, only thing was no one came to check on me and I needed a water after my coke was gone.

Driving through Hays on our way home to Colorado and needed a sit-down meal outside the car. El Dos was a pleasant surprise right off I-70. Service was friendly and efficient, we got our food quickly, and everything was fresh and delicious. The $3.99 Grand Marnier Margarita was very good, too! (The driver did not get to try it, of course). Highly recommend and would definitely stop there again.

I got the Don Burrito with steak. The food came out fast, the tortilla was soft, the sauce great, and the burrito tasty. Would recommend especially if traveling.

Everything was watered down.. Queso, salsa and beans. Service was fine and the place was clean but the food was just tolerable.
