Did you know they cater?!!!! Los Charros Birria catered our daughter's wedding at Moonlight Harvest and wowzers!!! Chile Colorado, Birria, Pollo Rojo, frijoles y arroz!!! The tortilla's were handmade and absolutely amazing! We were overwhelmed with how many people absolutely loved the food! -
(August 21, 2022, 2:01 am)We went over lunch and took the food home because it started raining a bit. The food is absolutely delicious. The owner came out and talked to us. He’s super nice and seems excited about his new business.
My wife got the quesobirria, I got the birria burger with fries and we split the birria ramen. The quesobirria tacos are fantastic. The burger was a good size and has tons of flavor, I especially liked the toasted bun. The ramen was a pretty big serving with big taste. There were big chunks of meat and the consumee was full of meaty flavor.
If you have a chance, swing by and check this place out. -
