    Went to Ottawa's Applebees for lunch recently. I ordered the chicken tenders platter and an iced tea. Tenders were good after l got past the 1/2 inch of breading. The French Fries were not very hot. The cold slaw and tea were delicious. My server was attentive but didn't seem to interested l was there. I would say it was an ok meal but l don't think l would take visitors there to eat. Solid "C".

    Food was decent. Burgers came out how we requested, a little pink. Boneless wing appetizer was hot, fresh and not overcooked. Fries were hot and crispy. Nobody likes cold, old fries. Server was very nice and attentive. Very much appreciated. Kitchen seemed a little slow but, it could have been we were seated at a beginning of a rush. This trip was better than our previous trips. The manager, I presume, was walking around talking to most of the guests, which was nice to see.
