    Not enough words to describe the amazing flavors!!! We had Brady’s brisket, potatoes, and peach cobbler and it was heaven in my mouth!!!! By far the best BBQ I’ve ever had. So thankful to have Brady’s Smokehouse in our little community. I promise it’s worth the drive if you live outside of the Hill City area!

    Great food and unique experience! Feels like going to a friend's cookout. We have never gotten a side we didn't like, but the cheesy potatoes are a personal favorite!

    The best food in Graham County and possibly the world. Delicious barbeque- love their steaks and ribs. Even the side are out of this world.

    3 things...

    1. If you live in Hill City (you are blessed!) AND you should be at Brady's EVERY Friday night!

    2. If you are passing through Hill City, make sure it's on a Friday night (see #1)

    3. Follow Brady's Smoke House to all of the mobile destinations!

    Brady’s serves the best BBQ in western Kansas!!! Incredible food and outstanding customer service. A must eat place in Hill City, Kansas.
