    The ice cream is really good. The gentleman at the counter is friendly and welcoming. Their other treats/snacks are awesome too. I recommend anyone who hasn't tried this place to try it at least once. I guarantee you'll be back again for more treats.🍨

    This is a small family owned business in Ulysses Kansas and the BEST icecream I have ever had

    I was a missionary for the Church of Jesus Christ and my companions and I loved going to la Paleteria!

    I thought this was a Hispanic ice cream shop and was afraid I wouldn't be welcome there but I was wrong. The ice cream is delicious, the prices are great, they have so much to offer here it's really worth trying. I think once you try it you will be hooked.

    They make all of the ice cream at the shop. It isn't bought from a manufacturing company it's made in small batches and the taste is marvelous. These are people worth getting to know.
