    Food not bad, but let's face it.. it's fast food. Service is so so and they have lots of turnover.

    Arby's is the only fast food restaurant left in Newton that you can rely on for excellent customer service and high quality food, EVERY TIME. The facility is also clean and well maintained inside and out. The long time manager is AWESOME and it shows. Not sure why more places can't provide this level of service to their customers, but it makes me appreciate it even more. Can't say enough good things about this location.

    Eh it's Ok. The soda machines aren't ever mixed right the soda taste off. The loaded fries are dinky. I hate people asking for my name for a order rather than a number. The older manager is really nice and they are pretty fast getting your order out. If they fix those few things they would get 5 stars.

    I have never had a pork belly sandwich. Oh my they are tasty. Now I am hooked.
