Acostas Family Restaurant

Dined in alone on a Wednesday noon. The outside of the building is older and could use some freshening up. The inside was clean and comfortable with older but serviceable tables and chairs.

As I walked in I was greeted by a waitress who told me to sit anywhere. The place was fairly busy. She brought me a drink with chips and salsa. I ordered the special which was on the board as "Sanchos". It was 3 smaller rolled flour tortillas filled with a beef, bean and rice mixture and topped with cheese and fresh vegetables, served with beans and rice.

Boy howdy did the food come out fast. Like literally less than 2 minutes. I absolutely love restaurants with fast lunch service, which is why I order the special so often. I expect it to be quick. And was it ever...

Anyhow the food looked good and tasted great. The chips were made in house and were great. The salsa was also made in house and was just ok.

Food was great, speed of service was extremely fast, the bill was more than reasonable and the 1 waitress working was polite and professional. When I went to pay I literally stood and waited to pay longer than I waited on my food. But that's because the food came out so fast. It was a good experience and I would definitely eat here again.

Very good food, friendly service, reasonable prices. First time stopping here, it won't be the last!

Love the on the road small town restaurants hit it on the lunch hour but food was delicious hot and filling hamburger was giant and lots of fries Mexican platter was very filling.

Had the barbacoa torta. Very good size and flavor was nice. Everything fresh. Quick service and clean location.

Delicious food! I had the chicken flautas and they were fresh and super scrumptious. My partner had the Daniela special and that was really good. The chips and salsa were a little underwhelming, so I would give 4.75 if I could, but I rounded up!
