Freddy's Frozen Custard & Steakburgers

We had slow service. Food not as expected. Not busy. Condiment bar dirty. No napkins. No straws. Employees standing around talking. They should have been working. Friday night. No responsible manager on duty? That's sad. Also noticed that quantity of fries on all six orders have been reduced and prices raised.

I've eaten at several other Freddy's. I like their patty melt. This location did not rate up there with the other locations. Food didn't taste as good. Also I got a key lime concrete thing. At the other locations they waited til I was done eating before bringing it. Here, they made it right away and it had mostly melted when I was done eating. I got the meal thing so I had a drink. Probably won't be back to this location.

Great food & friendly staff. My main reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is the drive thru is always 20-25 mins for me. I’ve been thru 3 times since open and hoped that would get better but I’m always left rushing over my lunch break. Hope they can iron out their process to get food out faster for drive thru because I love Freddy’s!
