Chipotle Mexican Grill

Ordered 2 entrees, 1 steak bowl and 1 chicken bowl. Computer system crashed for all online orders, which is fine, we are in a pandemic and I know the employees are already flustered, not to mention put in harms way dealing with the public. No need to be upset, it is out of anyone's control. The staff was calm, cool and collected which was admirable.

The 3 stars is because I ordered a steak bowl and a chicken bowl both with the fixings - neither bowl had any meat on it, just veggies. I didn't realize until I got home - I live about 30 minutes away so I wasn't about to turn around. Maybe just a double check next time before bagging up the order as completed.

Decently clean for the busyness. Workers were courteous, effecient, and NOT on their phones. Tasty food and the two workers I asked were knowledgeable of what had gluten in it. I'm intolerant and get stick from it easily so that's huge for me. I threw the cashier off and one make line crew unintentionally, thankfully neither were rude. I'm not a huge fan of this chain, but I would eat at this location again!
