    It's McDonald's, so you know what the food is like. And the food, when you get what you order, is just as good as most McDonald's in the city. The problem is that I very rarely get an order that is 100% right. Whether they give me sweet tea when I order unsweet, or they forget an order of fries, it seems like there is always something wrong, even though I saw it was correct on the screen. I don't have a big family with complex orders, but even if I did, McDonald's has this down to a science and I expect better.

    These 5 stars go to Louise who for the past few months gives great customer service and always wears a smile. I tried calling to let management know just how lucky they are to have him but no one picks up!
