(May 19, 2020, 3:34 am)Minsky's is definitely our favorite Pizza place. They've been number 1 in KC for quite a long time for a reason. So glad they came out West to Olathe off of Ridgeview. Will not stop coming here!!

(November 24, 2019, 2:02 pm)The food was very good. I really like the touch crust option. We were there with a group with people coming and going. They did a great job by having a drink station in the room so people weren't waiting for that, but getting someone to take your Rider for food was difficult. I would go to this Minsky's again.

(March 5, 2019, 11:15 pm)The Catalina Wine Mixer of pizza. Minskys is THE BEST pizza outside of new jersey. Quality product, friendly staff (Paul.. cool dude) and just a chill atmosphere. The menu has a lot of variety but i still always get the pie. Id eat here everyday if I could.
