Sweet Thang & Cafe

My children and I went and had lunch with a treat afterward. I ordered the Papa sandwich. The sandwich was exceptionally outstanding. Each bite that I took had me wanting more. Before I knew it, the sandwich was gone, and I was in great despair. I turned to my children, and theirs was gone too. I asked what did they think. They both replied that it was the best sandwich they've ever had. We then went in for some ice cream. I would say that the initial feeling I had after my first taste. Was similar to a baby's reaction to eating something sweet the first time—pure bliss. The only recommendation I'd make to them is to drizzle a little bit of chocolate inside the bottom of their waffle cone. It would help prevent the ice cream from leaking, and it's a pleasant surprise at the end. The customer service they provided was just as excellent as everything else was. I'd highly recommend you visit them for lunch and of course a treat too. Thank you, Sweet Thang. I'll be coming back for more.

I stopped in on 03/16/20 for a sandwich and it could not have been better. Excellent choice of sandwiches, extensive list of fresh toppings, and soft hoagie buns. It was made to order at a very reasonable price. Also included chips and a pickle. Staff was very friendly and I had a nice chat with the owner, Leroy. I will definitely be coming back soon. Thanks.

The owners are super nice. And the sandwiches are the best. They use fresh ingredients and I've been wondering where they buy the banana peppers. After I had a sandwich from Sweet Thang, I've been craving banana peppers. Definitely check this place out. They also have non-dairy ice cream.

Discovered this place the other day and had to stop by. I was greeted immediately upon entrance. The staff was engaging and very friendly. Their ice cream selection is HUGE, their sandwiches are delicious and their decor is bright and happy. #HighlyRecommended

Great family owned ice cream shop. They have 44 flavors on hand and rotate regularly. Staff was friendly, moved the line fast and were very attentive. Owners were even on site scoping ice cream. Place was super clean. A happy addition to the neighborhood.
