I like that they get my food right and there open so late cuz sometimes I have to work late and need something to eat on the way home

Food was awesome, service was great. This is one of tr he good ones that doesnt get orders wrong often!

Our food was fresh and warm. People were very nice too.

7:30 pm. Ordered at the kiosk which is great , I can see the whole menu and customize what I want, just it doesn't give you a physical receipt and you still have to wait in line at the counter for your cup and if they're busy, you have to wait and your food might be ready before you get your cup, then step out of line grab your food because they don't wait for you, they just call your name, put your tray down and walk away. So you step out of line, grab your food, can't get your cup then because employee walked off, put your food on the table, go stand back in line for a cup. When you're finally at the counter as for the drink, they ask for your name, they have to scroll back through the orders to find it to realize it's already out of system so they ask you for receipt... So we're back with the problem after place at the kiosk, it doesn't give you a receipt... See the problem. The food is hot and fresh and they change the Mexican pizza sauce so it's Spicer than normal.

My favorite KC Metro Taco Bell. I always dine in because I enjoy the exuberance and friendliness of Lakin. She's a shining representative of this franchise. Another stellar crew-member at this store is Aaron. He's very attentive and hardworking. Usually is cleaning or mopping and the Men's room is routinely IMMACULATE. Thanks guys.
