Tropical Smoothie Cafe

When I have gone, the service has been great. However, it says the site closes at 9pm but it has never been open past 8pm. It would be helpful to know what time they actually close because their hours online are completely wrong.

The pumpkin pie smoothie was tasty and fitting this time of year. The quesadilla also tasted fresh and delicious.

Purchased two Caribbean Jerk Chicken quesadillas this evening and the chicken was not edible by any standard. It was rubbery, over cooked, and overpriced. I really want to like this place but after this experience I’ll go to Chipotle next door for food.

The Sunrise Sunset smoothie was good though, so 2 stars versus 1 star for the delicious smoothie.

After my initial experience, the owner reached out to me however, I didn’t accept their complimentary meal resolution. I decided to give this place another shot without them knowing me as the guy “who left a bad review”.

This place is now one of my personal favorites for healthy, cost effective, and fast service. My initial experience was an anomaly because the food has been nothing short of amazing every single time I’ve visited since then. The staff has been pleasant, friendly, and even took time to get to know me on a first name basis.

I would recommend this local eatery to anyone who’s interested in healthy fast food alternatives.

Wow. My wife and I came in with our 8 kids. They were busy as it was opening day. We ordered 9 smoothies. They were delivered to our tables quickly and with a smile! Everyone approves! My wife and I went back later in the day to try the coffee smoothie. There were a lot of the same people still working. We got the same high quality smoothies and friendly service. Went back on Sunday and tried their flat breads and wraps. Great food! So glad to have you in the neighborhood. We will see you again! All 10 of us. Lol.
