Town & Country Cafe

It is a local hangout for the stereotype of older, retired, kind of lazy, judgemental conservative types. That said, I love this Cafe! GREAT FOOD and very good service. I actually enjoy tipping, including the cook. And I don't say that lightly. Too many times a tip is just expected.

Food was great. Service was great. Very reasonable prices. Great place to go get something to eat when your campsite is rained out. We had breakfast - bacon nice and crisp - hashbrowns nice and crisp - biscuits and gravy were good - pancakes and eggs were great. Would definitely recommend.

Everything about this place is great. Good food, friendly service, Great prices. Will go out of my way to come back to this one. They were very busy when I was there and the service was still excellent.

Great little cafe! Got the special; roast beef with mashed potatoes, gravy, peas, salad & a roll. Even included a piece of cake for dessert & all for only $8.75. Everything was delicious and tasted like good down home comfort food. Also had several pies to choose from for dessert. Waitress was polite and helpful. Definitely recommend if you’re passing through or even just as a short day trip get away from Wichita for a couple hours.

Great traditional diner. Extremely pleasant and helpful waitress. Old, but clean and well kept interior. All American comfort food made when you order it. The "Star Burger" (burger/ham/bacon/cheese) was a good choice, served hot and fresh with tots, a little salad before and a little chocolate cake after, a drink, and all for $10.
