Sonora Tacos

My first visit today and found the food to be exceptional!! I had a beef and bean burrito and chicken quesadilla. Both were scrumptious!! Burrito was huge. Quesadilla was more than adequate. Both came with lettuce, tomato, and avocado slices on the side! Red and green sauce. YUM!!

Amazing food! There’s something different and delicious about the flavors here. The service is always friendly, and fast! The restaurant technically isn’t open for dining in yet, so we got our order to go, and it was delicious. Highly recommend if you’re in Paola, or maybe drive there if you’re not!

This place is really good. They used to use a food truck, but now have a building location. The owner is a friendly person who I've never seen in a bad mood. The tamales are really good. I usually get 1 tamale and a burrito. I've tried it a few different ways. The birria tacos are also good. I havnt had anything I didn't like from here.

My husband discovered this taco place in town a few months ago, and now we can't seem to get enough!

I'm a huge fan of local owned restaurants, but Covid did a number on this town's businesses over the last few years, so we were ecstatic to find out about the taco truck, and to discover they are amazing!

We've tried the chicken tacos and the Carne asadas so far which came with fresh onions, cilantro, a container of orange spicey sauce, and a container of a cilantro lime based sauce on the side.

If you're unsure what to try, or have never had a taco truck before then my suggestion would be to get a couple of different types to start off with. The menu isn't big, so it's not confusing or overwhelming to read over, and the options are fairly simple for how yummy they are.

Overall, we will be back to support this place, and I hope they continue to grow within our community.

Sonora Tacos catered my birthday pool party and man ohhh man. My friends are still talking about the food Carlos catered to this event. The quality of the food & the variety he brought was just outstanding for the most reasonable price . Consider them for your catering needs you will not regret it. The food truck food is Stella as well.
