Nighthawk Vineyard & Winery

Once you get there it is nice, but I have to say the trip is tough!
It would be nice if they had more food to choose from, but overall it was a nice area, very pretty and peaceful!

Picked grapes for harvest. Don and Kathy make it such a great experience. Wonderful food and wine.

This place definitely has atmosphere and a wonderful setting going for it. However, the wines are suspect. I tried one red that I thought I would enjoy, but it was slightly fizzy. It even had a soda-pop-like carbonated ring around the surface where it touched the glass. But after choosing a second option, I discovered that it had the same slight carbonation. These were wines that should have been "bubbly".

I would return, though. Even though three of the four of us poured out our remaining wine so that we could move on, the wines aren't terrible. And the setting and landscaping just might be worth it.

Great staff and place. Don and his wife have done amazing things with the winery and thanks very much for the tour. Great wine, food, music and venue. Love the place.
