    So many good things on the menu! I had the Little Joe (chicken fried steak) with fried okra - Yum Yum! I am picky about my fried okra but Traper Joe's hit the spot! The steak was just the right size - not too big and not too small. So head on over to Simpson and enjoy some great food

    We had a great time at Trapper Joe's! The waitstaff was wonderful and we had a delicious meal. I had the chicken fried steak (little Joe) which was plentiful and tasty and my wife had a gourmet burger with unique and delicious toppings...she really enjoyed it. We both had the salad bar, which was clean, fresh, and well stocked. The beer was cold, the water was refreshing, and everything was great!

    As always, the steak is superb. Nick does the great job on the fire and April runs the house. Great people and a fun time in the dining experience. We happily drive the thirty miles to eat our special meals with them.

    Sit down restaurant where you can get a proper Bacon Cheese Burger and Fries for under $7. Best Chicken fried steak for at least 50 miles. This is a real family run restaurant and I especially like to go there for Sunday lunch. Very friendly and personable. My only complaint is that it is a little cold in the winter, but I still go.
