The Farmhouse

The farmhouse catered our wedding September 2022! They knocked it out of the park with the food! I think everyone will be talking about the food from our wedding forever! Thanks for doing such an amazing job!!

We hired Farmhouse for our June 2022 wedding! The food was AMAZING, we received so many compliments about dinner. We loved the table side service and family style dinner, it was a really special touch. Erin was lovely and the entire staff was so easy to work with. Thank you, Farmhouse!

The place isn’t a destination, but we did go there to check it out. Olsburg was lovely to visit in general and we enjoyed the vibe driving in with the quilt signs and dala horses everywhere. The food was great but the atmosphere just wasn’t what we were expecting. We did enjoy that the glasses were frosted, and the menu is diverse. Their sign is super cute and we took some family photos by it! But, there is really not a traditional server: you give them your order up front and then they bring the food to you. It is also a general store. There was one person working there when we got there. It was…… rustic feeling. She was super friendly and after we showed up another person came to help, but it was not hopping with business and a teensy bit dirty feeling. The restrooms were in a back room that made me feel like I was intruding on the kitchen space. Their special of chicken fried steak was awesome, and the chicken sandwich was also great. The homemade ice cream was delish.

I was cruising through Olsburg bidding some work and it was quite a distance to my next stop. The back roads don't offer much. I had heard that the restaurant here was affiliated with the one in Riley. I came in just before 11 and got a glass of water. The cook promised me she could get food in a hurry to be at my next stop on time.

I had a great cheeseburger, it was local beef by the taste. Fresh lettuce and tomato, and as a side fried mushrooms!

I hear the Friday chicken fried steak is hand breaded and real mashed potatoes. I'll be back!

We used the Farmhouse for our rehearsal dinner and wedding dinner! The food was AMAZING!! So many of our guests came to us after the wedding singing praises about the food! Erin was so easy to work with and she was so patient with us and all the changes we had to make because of Covid. We could never thank them enough for working so well with us and making our wedding day so special! I would highly recommend The Farmhouse for any occasion!!
