    Good breakfast buffet. Wait staff couldn't keep up with the crowd, several were just helping themselves and cleaning their own tables. All were nice

    While visiting Pratt we wanted to stop in and have a quick lunch and thought we would try the serva-teria as only one of the three people traveling had eaten there before. The employees are very friendly and the entire place gives off a home town feel. My only issues were the following: The mashed potatoes appeared/tasted like box potatoes, the buffet options did not provide a lot of variation in sides and some of the food offered such as the spaghetti was unusually greasy. I believe if those things were corrected than it would be a wonderful little joint to visit for a good meal.

    Landmark for Pratt, KS! Delicious food and friendly service. Plenty of space for large groups too.
