Excellent food! huge portions if you are hungry after eating a meal here that's your own fault. I got a small stake borrito that fed 2 of us. Side note very proud of the owner and what he has accomplished all by himself!

Named after the family matriarch, the DorisJ Green Chili Company features the family's signature Green Chili recipe. This offers a taste that simply doesn't exist outside New Mexico and Colorado and compliments their delicious bowls and burritos that offers a completely different experience then your traditional Mexican food. This is absolutely worth a stop and if you miss green chili like I did, be sure to take a few jars home.

Absolutely the best hands down. I am a food writer/photographer and with more than 2 million miles over the road I have never been able to pass up a food truck especially Mexican… and I’ve had some great food but this is gourmet…..like and symphonic experience - you hear all the separate instruments but it is one sound…”Clean”. You taste the individual ingredients but it’s translated like a whole experience of the perfect blend of taste and texture…makes you want to eat it slowly and the GREEN CHILI is bomb. Great graphics and logo…Going to bring my son up there when he comes here…. Best burrito I ever had.

I love the steak burrito, the steak is cooked so good that it's not chewy or tough, the vegetables and so fresh and Crisp it makes the meal taste so good. But that green chili sauce is what really adds the best flavor of all! Very affordable for a huge burrito!
