Mr Cao Japanese Steakhouse

Excellent quality, preparation, and taste! Dynamite roll: just that. Octopus was fresh and chewy (that is a good thing)! Udon is available extra spicy and their tempura is amazing! Cocktails were mixed right and the mochi was fire! Best of all, the super cool waitress we had was nice enough to film my engagement proposal! Never had better service anywhere in Hutch!

Best place to get sushi in town! I eat lunch here a couple times a month, mainly sushi, but their hibachi chicken, steak, or shrimp is awesome as well! And i always leave full and satisfied!

One, if not the only place I can get steak cooked medium rare and not have to worry about it coming out either too cooked or too raw. That plus great sushi? Big win in my book.

Very good food. It is pretty pricey though but you do get good sized servings and depending on what you order you’ll get soup, salad and rice. I ordered the shrimp dinner entree and it was very good. They also have kids options. Definitely recommend.

So I've finally took the time to go eat at Mr Cao's and I'm glad I did because it's now one of my favorite places to eat at in Hutchinson. My california rolls were delicious as well as my beef & chicken fried rice. They even have Sapporo beer that paired nicely with my meal, so that's a big plus. If I had one thing to gripe about it would be the rolls ratio of crab and cucumber, I could use a little more crab. I definitely will be coming back for some more delicious food in the near future
