TL;DR:

Do not purchase "egift cards" for BWW as you are REQUIRED to bring them in person to pay. You cannot pay using them online or over the phone nor can you use them to purchase physical gift cards to avoiding doing so again in the future.

Full story:

So we are doing everything we can to reduce our covid footprint. A few weeks back, we received a BWW egift card for $50. We went online to order deliver and use the card, but there isn't any way to plug it in as a payment. So I call and they say you MUST come in to use the egift card. I'm not happy about it, but I do.

While I'm there I think I could just pay for the meal and buy another actual $50 gift card so next time I wouldn't have to come back in, again reducing covid footprint, since our meal was only $26.

First woman doesn't know how to do it so she goes and gets the manager, Bridget, who starts to ring it up, but then when I go to pay, says "You can't buy a gift card with an egift card". She said it use to let them do that but not anymore. I go back and forth for a bit and then ask if I could get the email to file a complaint because, part of it is she isn't responsible for corporate policy, and if that's what is going on, then corporate needs to get their stuff together and get this fixed.

She doesn't have the email nor does she try to find it for me and just tells me to go look it up on the website.

So I don't think it was handled super well and I think BWW corporate needs to either accept egift cards online as a payment OR allow a customer to swap them out for real, physical gift cards so people don't have to risk getting or giving Covid.

I dislike leaving poor reviews, but I also loathe idiotic rules that make no sense.

Wings are always good and they keep a good staff, even though they get busy at times they tend to always help as quickly as possible. They still offer carry out due to the current conditions which is great!! Over all I would recommend eating here if you haven't already tried it, 5 out of 5 stars for my personal rating!!

We visited to watch a football game. It was busy and a little chaotic. People were sitting at tables that hadn't been cleared yet. After that everything was perfect. The food was delicious and so were the drinks. The chicken strips are actually huge and the 3 tender meal was more than filling. I was full 1.5 chicken strips in and if you've seen my reviews before you know I always finish my meal so I'm glad I had 4 hours to finish this one. ? The strips were pretty crunchy in texture and the breading is thick. The waitress was very friendly and knowledgeable. I believe her name was Gia. It was a great place to relax and watch the game, we'll definitely return.
