Love our Braums. This place brings back so many memories of our years in Kansas. Yummy ice cream and good food. tons of seasonal ice cream as well!

Drive through service just now was fast and efficient. The staff is young and no doubt still learning but I appreciate the effort I see going on! Our food was just right and we will definitely be back!

I took my wife and two kids to Braums for dinner and ice cream tonight and my 4 year old son was being a little wild. He spilled his drink on the floor near our table, and a very nice gentleman employee, William, came over and quietly cleaned it up, listening to my son chatter away. Then he did something totally unexpected. He came over to my son, and said "I have something for you. Do you like coins?" And he handed him this coin that says "Kindness coin. You made me smile" and on the back it says "kind, caring, thoughtful, helpful, generous. That's you! PASS IT ON!".

For him to have taken the time to show kindness to my son, much less a customer who had made a mess he had to come clean up, truly meant a lot to me and it gave my wife and I (and oh my goodness our son) the biggest smiles. Thank you William for taking a moment to show that little act of kindness to our son. It meant the world! Tonight he's been keeping it close to him and even took it to bed. I hope the manager of Braums sees this and shows appropriate commendation for your good deed! 🙏🏻

It took few minutes before we were acknowledged. The young girl did apologize for the wait. Food came out quickly and hot. It was very good. Getting ice cream was quicker and it was good.
