Freddy's Frozen Custard & Steakburgers

Went through doordash waited an hour for my food just to find out my door dash drivers switch called Freddys to make sure it was still there I was told they were about to come in to get it not even 10 mintues later i got my food just for it to be cold like they left it out there for an hour called again was told it was doordash fault and I would have to call them very unset and very unsatisfied threw all the food away about to order pizza until the manager (who I've talked to over the phone) was willing to fix the order and to drop it off. Gave it a 3 stars for the manager trying to blame doordash (which I understand because they had the food made and ready but the person who was supposed to give it to me bailed) also left it out for an hour and not thinking about remaking it and didnt give cheese, mustard and Pickles on my daughters hamburger.

Atleast my second order was done right, food was good, and manager was finally able to help out, I get right now is a hard especially for Freddy's since it's a number 1 place to go for a family dinner, but if food was sitting out for way to long remake it.

Great food, this was my first time eating Freddy's and I was blown away by the food quality. The people at the drive thru were friendly. I wish the drive thru went more quickly and the cost was a little lower.

What impresses me about this place.... it's not just the food, (which is always cooked to order and very good) the cleanliness of the restaurant (just watching the staff and manager keep moving and cleaning without interrupting any one eating) or the long line of cars just rolling the drive through. It's the Service. Yep.. top notch everytime! Friendly cashiers and just a feel good mood always. Great variety in the menu and the deserts... oh yeah!! I got this place as a favorite of mine for lunch. Great job!!

Food was good and fast service with polite workers. Clean restaurant. I like to order the chile cheese fries with bacon and a spicy chicken sandwich on the side.

You can literally go into any Freddys, order what you like and always get the highest quality of food of exactly that. It's a win win situation every trip! Derby is particularly my favorite due to the manager being on top of his store and your experience in it.
