Perfect plate ict

Good food!!

I bought several of these meals for my mom on Mother’s Day and she loved them. I needed to get back on track so I went back and got a weeks worth of lunches and dinners. The meals are very satisfying and considering I didn’t have to shop for ingredients or cook I have no excuses to get off track. Delicious, convenient, and healthy!

The Perfect Plate is a great option when you are getting started trying to make lifestyle changes and/or are crunched for time and trying to avoid the drive thru. I have tried 4 of their meals and enjoyed all of them. They provide ample servings of protein and vegetables. The meals are cheaper than dining out and much healthier than anything you can get from a drive thru. I'm grateful to have this healthy meal option on the west side and encourage you to try it. It's also an opportunity to support a local, woman-owned business!

Just finished the Salmon with brown rice and veggies. Perfect! Will definitely be returning. Not a lot of healthy choices around, it's nice to have the option.

I’ve had 2 meals from perfect plate. Both were superb! The salmon meal was simple, filling, and fresh. The pork tenderloin was cooked to perfection. Perfect plate will definitely be a weekly stop!
