RibCrib BBQ & Grill

Rib Crib feels like a local chain, with all-you-can-eat ribs on Tuesdays. It has a consistent product and great service. In fact, I've never felt ill-attended by wait staff at any Rib Crib. The food options are great and even if you eat a vegetarian diet there are some decent options here. Three types of BBQ (classic, hot, and mustard base) are available at each table, I recommend to get the cheesey bacon fries as a starter and try out the sauces before you load it up on your favorite meats. I prefer the St. Louis dry rub ribs to the saucy ribs. The only things I've had here that I don't like is the smoked sausage (I'd prefer it grilled) and the corn in the cob at the Derby location is always soggy and overcooked.

Rib crib is ways amazing. Great food and service. The 2 meat plate with chicken breast and hot links is my go to meal. The chicken is so tender and not dry at all. The salads are always fresh and crunchy. Fries are seasoned to perfection everytime. Will always be back.
