Very nice employees and the smoothies are great! If I were to rate it 0 to 10 it would be 100! Definitely recommend this place.

We love the smoothies from Smoothie King! They are the best tasting smoothies around. We don't have one where we live so we try to stop at one when we have the opportunity. While driving through KS on my way to Arkansas, I was excited to see the Derby location was open until 8 oclock on Sundays according to Google. My husband drove way out of the way to get a smoothie only to discover the Derby location closed at 6. Please update your hours to reflect the correct times. It is a big inconvenience to your customers. Thanks.

Nice and array of healthy and flavorful smoothie as well as snack options. Clean design and organized appearance. Our drinks were made quickly and tasted great. The floor was a bit dirty. This is the second time I've been to this location. Both times the staff members have not been personable. They make smoothies well, but they did not greet me once or ask how we liked our smoothies. They stood silently, waiting for an order and disappeared to the back kitchen after serving us. They came back out before we left, but we walked out without so much as a thank you. I am not a needy customer and I got what I wanted. But it would greatly improve the atmosphere to step it up and be friendlier. Customers are people too. We like to be appreciated for our business. A couple smiles would help too.

Good experience. The staff was pleasant, patient and helpful, willing to change several ingredients to accommodate what I was shooting for. The place was very clean and you could easily see that the cleanliness extended all the way to the back. Will definitely be back.
