My all-time favorite Italian eatery. I love the pickled eggplant. Amazing lasagna and pizzas as well.

Angelo's is AWESOME. I absolutely love their pickled eggplant and the house salad. Honestly, I haven't had a menu item I didn't love. They keep the menu small, but for a reason; because they OWN what they make.

Also recommend their blood orange margarita.

Can't go wrong with the pizza, but the manicotti is to die for. They also have the best take 'n' bake in town. I was never lucky enough to get to eat at the original, but I can't imagine it being any better than this. I would say the recipes have been passed down flawlessly.

Really enjoyed the food at this place. I ordered the deluxe pizza and the flavors just mashed so well. The crust was perfectly cooked, the sauce was added in just the right amount, not too much not too little, and had great flavor and was not overwhelming. The one thing I am pretty sure of is that they use canned mushrooms and not fresh, which is not a big deal, but fresh is always better. Also ordered a house salad with my dinner, it was easily one of the best salads I had. The olives and the other pickled items in the salad were really flavorful and the home made Italian dressing brought all of the ingredients together nicely. The one thing I was really disappointed in was the blood orange margarita, it tasted good but was very weak and was 75% ice. Not worth the $9.

I used to eat at the original Angelo's pretty regularly and was very sad when they closed. Seeing them make a comeback is joy to my heart. Much of the old atmosphere is recaptured. So is much of the original menu - yay! A great place for good, value-conscious Italian-American food. Angelo's still has the best marinara on ten planets and their garlic bread is still worth walking ten miles for.
