B&C Barbeque

Interesting version of BBQ. I was raised on Texas version. Was happy with results. Meat was flavorful, and PLENTY. Staff was kind. Quick service for full service in dining. Not enough parking! Place stays BUSY. Bit loud with sports and echo from building. Worth going again.

An all around excellent barbeque/buffet/sports bar restaurant. The staff was very friendly. Wide selection of beer and drinks. Clean. More than enough seating. More than enough room to walk and not bump into anyone.

I came in looking for great BBQ in Wichita, I was not disappointed. Sat at the bar and received almost instant service. I asked for and was offered recommendations for food and for the beer and was not disappointed with the suggestions. I ordered the meat platter which came with sausage, chicken, pulled pork, brisket, ribs and potatoes. The whole plate was delicious, but the brisket was my absolute favorite. The toast, also included with the plate, was cooked to perfection and the two included sides I ordered, spicy beans and mac n cheese, were great. The beans were spicy but not too overwhelming, the mac n cheese was made with white cheese and was well prepared and flavored. I will definitely return if I visit in the future.

Almost 5 stars. Case on hot links is too thick, but they were tasty. Everything was cooked well. Not over cooked or dry. Beautiful restaurant. Good looking bar with granite countertops. Napkins need to be available without going back to the food line.

Really good BBQ! We arrived on Thursday for the buffet. There were only two meat options left for the BBQ. We were told we would be charged full buffet price for though the full buffet would not be available. Really though? At most, there should be a discount(10-15%) if there are less than 3 meat options. We opted and paid for menu items. This unfortunately took 40 minutes. I know good BBQ takes a long time but 40 minutes is entirely too long! Since it is a BBQ restaurant, may be have a cornbread plate start while waiting for food could be helpful (sweet cornbread, jalapenos cornbread, cheesy cornbread, corny cornbread,...you get the point) Just for the wait alone! Overall, I would go again and recommend.
