    Went to my favorite spot Birreria Raymundo...
    It's slow cooked lamb in a broth... with some garnish, lime, and cold beer. Plus hand made tortillas. The other picture is "mulitas" a quesadillas with lamb, the soak the tortillas in their sauce and place it on griddle, so rich and tasty.

    Any restaurant with the name Raymundo in Wichita is good. Great menu. Great prices. This place lives up to the name. You will feel at home the minute you walk in.
