Da Cajun Shak

This is our go to place for fried catfish. Always great service. Dined there twice in 2 weeks and still the best. We always get the fish dinner which includes a good portion of fish ( they use cornmeal and not batter and it's not greasy like other places). Also plenty of home cut fries and excellent hushpuppies. Not a fan of their coleslaw as they use so much pepper you can't eat it unless you like pepper. They also have excellent cobbler and the portion I think is large. We always share it.

Always a favorite place of mines. Great catfish, good service and abundant portions. My wife's favorite place to get chicken, but I like the catfish and how they prepare the serving. Highly recommended if you haven't been. Da Cajun Shak is some what pricey, but it's worth it. You get what you pay for, that being said, I don't mind paying for great service and excellent food.

Ordered 4 mini platters and was able to basically get a little of everything from the menu. And we shared it, it was an awesome time with friends. We will definitely be back.
