    Don Tortaco is usually at the corner of Central and St. Paul on Friday and Saturday nights. It's made fresh when you order it. Delicious, authentic Mexican food. Only drawback is that if you are in a big hurry to get your food and bounce, go to McDonald's. This is absolutely worth the wait, though. Considering how busy the truck was I'm surprised the food didn't take longer. The steak quesadilla is my favorite. Juicy steak chopped and served with melted queso fresca, onions, cilantro, tomatoes and lettuce ( I get mine without lettuce). Very affordable and tasty.
