Fatburger & Buffalo's Express

The cheeseburger and fries were good. I had the king burger with fat fries. The Maui - banana milkshake was awesome! The onion rings were not breaded that much. I've had better onion rings at other restaurants around town. The buffalo wings with BBQ sauce was very good. They give you a little bit of carrots and celery and blue cheese with the buffalo wing order. The line to order was long but I expected that because it just opened up. There is no drive thru. Don't expect this to be fast food. They make everything fresh. We spent $60.00 for two people but we bought enough for two meals per person because we wanted to try almost everything they offered besides the chicken sandwich and chili cheese fries and chili cheese dogs.

Location is great, they offer quite a bit more seating than I expected from the size of the building when I arrived in the parking lot. The burgers were hot and fresh. Friendly workers even though they were slammed with customers. The wait was long but they just opened so that is 100% understandable (means their food is good and word is spreading.) Most people aren't aware but they will be opening 2 more locations here in Wichita so don't stress. Advice for those coming here, check the menu online and know what you want before arriving, this allows the line to move faster. Also expect a wait after ordering. The food is cooked when ordered, not before. I've attached some pictures from my visit. I'm excited to see the XXXL Burger challenge board contests when they start. I highly recommend them. I'll try an Oreo shake on my next visit.

Ordered the Turkey burger and L burger meal, what an amazing tasting combo! The sweet potato fries were absolutely amazing!

The wings tasted fantastic and for an opening day, the staff did awesome!

Don't know why people are complaining about waiting or getting orders mixed up, IT'S THEIR OPENING DAY for Christ's sake, the staff did an awesome job in my opinion, considering that the grill was going off the Richter scale!

Will be back for that sweet turkey burger with that soft bun action.
