    Friendly staff. Admittedly made sandwich wrong and remade it. No problems.

    Food was good, as usual. Not impressed with the person taking orders. Seems distracted. Put her thumb inside my drink glass and then stuffed the lid and paper wrapped straw inside it. I politely asked for a new one and she put the first one back on the stack and probably gave it to the next customer. Gross. All of the money she's been handling on top of of the current health concerns. Not a fan.

    Love the Smoke House Cheddar a d Brisket sandwich. We have found this chain to be consistent throughout the areas we travel. Always fresh. Staff is always courteous. Locations are always clean, including the restrooms. I enjoy this chain and recommend it to anyone who likes sandwiches, especially sub sandwiches.
