McDonald's

If I am not mistaken, part of having a job requires certain basic skills (reading, being able to count, follow directions of an order). It has been a few times that when I specify an order, which the cashier does her job correctly by confirming what I want, gets lost in translation by the people in the back. Case in point, triple means 3, not 2 or even 4 but 3. Other incidents include "NO pickles, No onions". I understand that they are trained to make sandwiches a certain way. However, when a customer asks for a specific way that they receive their food that they have paid for, then READ the order. I had a few incidents of ordering a specific way of having my food that was tagged to be made per my direction & yet contained the items that I wanted to be omitted. Perhaps they need to upgrade their training procedures or at least confirm that the people they hire know how to read and count.

Loved the service. The employees there were so helpful and friendly. I'm definitely going back. The food was perfectly prepared. I had the big deluxe breakfast. For sure, five stars.
