(March 1, 2020, 7:33 am)To start this let me say it was opening weekend. I expected some kinks. Checked in in the evening. Not a lot of people were there. So we got sat immediately. The normal soup and salad came out at odd times. One couple who sat with us, were sat late. They did not get any soup. Our chef seemed half polished. Fumbling with his utensils. Mumbling jokes that chefs normally make. Our cups spent most of the night empty. We would have to remind the waitress to refill them. However it wasn’t by any means super busy. I got the wagyu. It was advertised heavily and I normally get the filet so I figured I’d give it a go. I asked it be cooked medium rare. But the chef had other intentions cooking it medium well. That being said I plan on going back for a second try. It being opening weekend and all.
