Outback Steakhouse

Ordered at 12:15 today and was told food would be ready in 20 min. Had car trouble on the way, arrived at 1:37, sat in the car at the curbside pickup spot for 13 minutes without anyone coming out to help me. I had to get out of my car to flag down an employee for service. A gentleman came out and told me that my food had been sitting there too long and was thrown out due to safety issues, which I totally understand (by this time it was 1:50.) Just having to sit there for so long, and having to flag down someone down to help me was a bad experience. The guy that helped me was very professional and I'll probably give curbside another try despite this unfortunate circumstance

Clean and simple plating, food was all cooked to order and not overcooked. Staff was all polite and professional. Only thing lacking was speed of service for as slow as they were during this visit, if not for that this location would receive 5 stars.

Our waitress Chelsea was fantastic. On the spot with drink refills. My wife only wanted cheese on her salad, I like to take her extra toppings. So Chelsea put the toppings for the wife's salad in separate containers so I could take what I wanted. She made our dining experience special. I hope someone from management sees this. Great job Chelsea. 10 stars

I had the Aussie 4 course. The service was excellent! Chelsea O was my server and she is outstanding! I had an appetizer of petals they were fantastic as always. The steak was done to perfection like always! The potato soup is very good and Caesar salad made it a complete win! Never disappointment at out back!
