Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews

Totally awesome...... The waiter was perfect in service and manners. The cheeseburger I got was delicious and I got the side salad which they refill as much as you want. The price was fair. I will continue to eat there on a weekly basis.

Me and my day arrived here around 7:30 Pm On a nice Tuesday evening. We were immediately seated by the friendly host and I made a burger joke about the Statue of Liberty with the light up rings. We were sat down and and immediately greeted by our server Kyle. I ordered the blue something with cream on top and she ordered just a plain old truly. Everything arrive to our table promptly the drinks the fries I ordered the scorpion burger I like spicy stuff but it wasn’t that spicy but it was dripping with spice and she had a normal burger all around ours experience here at red Robin was pretty freaking good if you get a chance to have Kyle as your server you’re in luck. Will probably visit again maybe sit at the bar with the homey’s peace out Girl Scout stay Gassy Wichita

Red Robin has the best burgers. Unfortunately, the service is a little lacking. I know what I am ordering before I get there. Why does it take 5 minutes to come to the table to take my order? Especially when there are employees standing all around?? I don't understand. And I always have to ask for my check. Why not bring it with the food like Cracker Barrel? And then they ask if I want change. Totally unacceptable!! When you ask if I want change, your tip is automatically cut in half! Never ever ask me if I want change. You should always say, I will be right back with your change. I belive Red Robin management could use some training!!

I have to say I was very disappointed in the new Red Robin on west side. It seems to be a trend now to have everything open and bright. Well, give me the old Red Robin, any day of the week. I certainly hope they do not update and remodel the old one. I will not be back, but happily drive across town to the old one! And what's with all the help congregating at the front door? It is too small an area to have them all standing around. Weird!

We just ate at the Red Robin on the west side of Wichita. Our waitress was Erin and she was very friendly and efficient. Everything was brought out with a smile and a kind word. It was nice to have someone serve that had a smile and pleasant attitude. She is great and we will come back and ask for her to wait on us again!!
