The Fusion Restaurant

Went for the brunch buffet. Decent selection, but I feel it could have been better. Eggs cooked as you like them is a good touch. Sausage wasn't the normal breakfast sausage flaver, not sure what it was. Waffles were a bit dry, but good smothered in syrup. Sausage gravy needed more pepper, or something. Seating was tight, it was busy.

Savory jalapeño egg waffle. Sweet blueberry waffle with lime glaze & whipped cream. Housemade sausage with grilled onions & potatoes. Scrumptious corn dip with the best chips!
Ate it all!
Obviously a labor of love and staff that try they make and want customers to enjoy their experience.

Over all it was a good experience. I took my two boys. They had the waffle and bacon. Waffle is outstanding, bacon was ok
I had the chicken fry steak, eggs, and potatoes. Chicken fry was pretty tough. Eggs and potato average.
Waitress was friendly and service was great. I will go again. I’ll just try something else

We decided to try a new breakfast place, and we were so blown away by fusion! Wait staff is very attentive and accommodating. Managers and the chef personally come out to make sure we everyones happy and has what they need. Food came out super fast, and their housemate sausage is incredible. The keylime blueberry waffle is probably the best one I've every had. Heavily recommend!

First I would like to say we went to the Sunday Brunch right after the main stream of people had already been through so bound to be some hiccups.
Some of the burners where out so some things might not of been as hot as they should and some things were empty. With that said would I still recommend this place?, you bet the food was out of the norm and tasted delicious very unique dishes. I will say I will try to show up a little earlier next time. Hats off to the staff little short handed but they still did their very best so much so some of us in line waiting were asking if we could help clear our own tables.
