Tokyo Japanese Cuisine

Took wife for first time. She loved it! Great food, friendly staff. We will be back!!

Decided to try out Tokyo last night since Sumo has over an hour wait even with an ongoing pandemic and doesn't take reservations ???? It was great! We got seated right away which is a welcome change. The service was prompt at first and then didn't try to rush us at the end. We had hibachi steak, fried rice, teriyaki chicken and shrimp. The steak was maybe better than Sumo, however, the fried rice might be slightly better at Sumo. The yum yum sauce was the best I've had. The drink prices were much better at Tokyo. They've done a nice job updating the space as well. They've clearly spent some money. The glassware and dinnerware we're all very nice. They have an extensive sushi menu as well. All in all I thought it was a much better experience than Sumo. Clearly Tokyo has made an investment and wants your business. It's been years since Sumo even pretended to care about getting my business ????‍♂️ Also they don't do the corny show around a grill. They just bring you the food which I much prefer. No fire or shrimp right in your face.

Great food! Not a sushi fan, so was glad to see they had hibachi food. I would have loved to have seen some Hibachi entertainment, but the food was cooked in the kitchen. I had the Hibachi chicken. Very delicious.

Very nice Japanese restaurant with good variety if sushi & hibachi dinners. Excellent wait staff and reasonable prices for the amount, & quality of delicious food made here. We always enjoy our visits here.

Was really delicious and filling!! Awesome place. Nice ambiance. Went here on Christmas and was well worth it!
