“I was a last minute carryout tonight and came in right before they closed. I had called in my order beforehand. I have nothing but good thoughts and praise for the staff and management here. They exceeded my expectations with the friendliest and welcoming customer service for being a call in customer let alone the last customer of their day. Usually people aren't happy with last minute customers because they are ready to go home and want to be done for the day. I didn't feel like this at all. Unlike some other restaurants in the area. Kudos again and keep up the great service! Oh, and by the way, the chicken wings are great! These are hickory smoked chicken wings which are then fried after they are ordered. I got the sauce on the side and they did not complain or tell me I couldn't get all flats. Instead I got all flats and friendly service. Really, try out the wings. They are really good.”

“Great family fun for all ages. The people who work here are friendly and helpful! And the place is clean with well kept restrooms. For younger bowlers there are small pound balls, guard gates for the lanes, and fun dragon shaped "slides" to help assist rolling the bowling ball down the lane. There are basic foods/snacks like hotdogs, hamburgers, pizza etc. Soda and beer. I've been going here for years and have always enjoyed this place.”

“Taco Tico has been around for years. There are not many left in town. Every time I eat there it's like a blast from the past. The food is very well priced especially for the large quantities you get. I frequent the location in Derby and have never been disappointed. They have started selling a hot sauce called reaper and it is very hot. I cannot get enough of it well I enjoy it but in moderation. The tacos are filled with meat more than lettuce unlike other taco places in and around town. I enjoy it and would recommend it to anyone.”

“Good service, good food. Chips are the best. Was wanting mango habanero bacon wrapped shrimp that's no longer on the menu. I was told they could still make it... Then was told they were out of shrimp. Waitress returned and said they could make the bacon wrapped shrimp but no mango habanero sauce. I was ok with that and ordered a side of chipotle crema for dipping. Received 5 shrimp and a small bowl of cilantro rice. I was charged 15.99 (which was a little pricey) for the meal which I believe was manually keyed in since it's no longer on the menu. They went out of their way to make it and everything was good so I didn't bother saying anything.”

“The menu has tons of options for everyone. If you aren't a fan of vegetables the rice/noodle bowls are a good choice. The food has excellent flavor and the portions are decent. Service was quick at about 10 minutes for the food to arrive. I'd recommend the pot stickers as an appetizer, they are crunchy on the outside and cooked just right inside. This is casual dinning with orders at the counter and food brought to the table. The restaurant is small with only a few tables so not suitable for groups larger than 12. Good option for lunch or dinner.”

The food is made to order so the table delivery wasn't immediate but definitely not a long wait. The waitress made one small mistake but corrected it immediately and without issue. The place was clean and each table got properly cleaned after each guest left. If we're back in this area again this will definitely be on the list to go again.”
