There are charging stations for laptop/phones at the center counter and we even had one at our table by the window. There is a coffee/hot tea station with everything you could need to make your beverage the way you like it! The food was delicious as always and the atmosphere of this restaurant makes me want to go back again.”

Their design is definitely my favorite as well it’s just so bright and cheery unlike other locations. “Emperor's continues to impress. Great fried rice, rangoons, and egg rolls at an excellent price. The portions here are very large, prepare for leftovers. They've completely redecorated in the last year to create a very inviting and warm place. The food always tastes fresh and the service is prompt. I give four stars for two reasons: the soda machine always has weak carbonation and the soda tastes a little flat, and the TVs they have on are kind of annoying. I wish they would remove the TVs and play some nice music instead.”

This is the second time I've been to this location. Both times the staff members have not been personable. They make smoothies well, but they did not greet me once or ask how we liked our smoothies. They stood silently, waiting for an order and disappeared to the back kitchen after serving us. They came back out before we left, but we walked out without so much as a thank you. I am not a needy customer and I got what I wanted. But it would greatly improve the atmosphere to step it up and be friendlier. Customers are people too. We like to be appreciated for our business. A couple smiles would help too.”

“On Thursday February 27 my husband and I went to Subway on Madison Avenue in Derby Ks. about 7:30 p.m.We were served by Ty (Jones I think.) He very pleasantly informed us that he was sorry but the store was out of bread. He said they still had flat bread, wraps, salads and two sliders which we took. After us two other gentlemen came in one ordered one left. But Ty treated them both with the same pleasant and respectable attitude.”

“I got a 3 tier wedding cake in June 2019 and not only was my cake BEAUTIFUL it was the best tasting cake IVE EVER HAD IN MY LIFE!! I live in VA so I never got to taste test the cake in advance and It was a delightful outcome. My only regret is not getting a bigger cake bc not 1 piece was leftover!!! The bottom of my cake was chocolate, middle was regular white, and the top was strawberry filled. To this day I think about how amazing my cake was!!”

It was a little slow getting our breakfast and took a little longer than normal to get our coffee. But overall, the service was good, it was fairly quiet, not many uncontrolled children, and the staff was friendly. Great experience.”
