I'm super late on this review but I'm here and I'm still thinking about that burger. I haven't had a burger that good in a while and I don't know who the cook was on that awesome day but he/she made me the best burger ever ❤️🤌🏾 I don't eat out a lot and at the time Braums wasn't busy and I'm just glad I went! Thank you for caring about your quality of food you send out, your awesome 👍🏾 btw I do know that it's just a burger but it was a great burger!!💁🏾‍♀️ I want to add that the customer service has always been awesome as well, friendly people ❤️

The assistant manager was phenomenal. He went out of his way to help every single customer that was still in the lobby even after closing. How many times have you ever felt welcomed when the workers were supposed to clock out? NEVER. AMAZING Keep it up.

I ordered a banana split. It took 10 Minutes to order it and 10 to get it. When I got it, it had no banana and no toppings. All I can say is that if you are going to eat out expect this as the "new normal". Businesses can't find help, these kids working there were very young. I don't even think they are working age. I can't blame Braum's really because this problem is nation wide now. The damn Taco Bell only opens for dine in for 4 hours. It's just going to get worse so maybe find family owned places to eat or really lower your expectations on eating out.
