    Firstly, let me say I placed my order at 10:56pm, I didn’t know they closed at 11pm. My fault, typically I would never order that close to close.

    However I got a call around 11:30 saying that they’re sorry, the order got messed up, and they’re still coming and she was sorry.

    And they came not 15 minutes later. I don’t mind the wait I appreciated that they still delivered it considering how late I placed my order. And I appreciated the call.

    On top of that they gave us extra breadsticks! Yum. The pizza was delicious, the service was great. I had a great experience!

    After not using PH for 15+ years, it's still a good product. Service on no contact pickup was0 frustrating. Nothing stated call, on arrival, park in front of windows, flag someone down. Ordered our pizza 15 'til the hour, cook time said 15-20 minutes. Waited 'til 25 mins. went. Finally called, followed prompts, #3, existing order, they were confused why wasn't I ordering?
    If the pizza wasn't good, this would have a total loss.
    Service is the reason we quit going. I guess somethings don't change. Felt sorry for the guy bringing the pizza out, if I hadn't had the migraine, he could have had a REALLY upset person.
