    Tomato basil soup with presto and parmesan was awesome!

    I want to like this place and I do for the food, but the order accuracy leaves a LOT to be desired. My kids are opposites, one like cheese and the other doesn't. So, in the past they had a cheese sandwich that I could order for the one that did like cheese. That got removed and they have not been able to duplicate it accurately the first time since. I was told to order a ham sandwich without ham for the cheese lover, and a ham sandwich without cheese for the cheese hater. They NEVER get it right anymore and it's very clearly written on the receipt, so I know it's getting documented correctly. Yesterday was the cherry on top... they got them wrong and on the cheese only one - they only gave me a half of a sandwich! No warning, no explanation. They did correct everything and throw in some cookies, but I am at a loss at how to make it any more clear in my ordering. I'm so frustrated with constantly getting a wrong order that I don't really feel like bothering with them anymore.

    Double cheese pizza had really good flavor. Not a lot of sauce though.
