(August 28, 2020, 6:01 pm)Today, I asked simply for a cheeseburger without lettuce or tomato. The lady taking my order over the intercom was rude. With only a cheeseburger, 5 different things popped up on the screen that I did not order.I had to repeat my order 2 times. Not sure why. She kept asking if that was all I wanted. If I wanted more items, I would have stated as much. Then when I get my cheeseburger, it had a ton of lettuce on it. Am I surprised???? I reported this to the girl who brought my food to me. She is always such a nice person. Maybe the company should invest in some customer service training and make it mandatory.

(August 12, 2020, 1:23 pm)This is the newest sonic in Topeka. Service was good and quick food was well it's fast food so I was hot and the kids liked it.
